Job description

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, and servers.

Perform user management tasks, including security and access control.

Provide support for the ERP and in-house application systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Provide hardware and software support and troubleshooting to end-users.

Maintain proper documentation, as well as hardware and software inventory records.

Conduct diagnostic tests and perform debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Hands-on experience in MS SQL, hardware support, Windows OS, Microsoft Exchange, networking, VMware, Hyper-V, firewall, and backup server management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to branches when required.
