We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior IT Engineer to join our dynamic team at ACO Holdings Sdn Bhd at Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau 4, Johor Bahru. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in supporting and advancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring its accuracy, security, and efficiency. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company’s operational success and technological innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and virtualization.
• Lead IT projects for new systems and services deployment.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with departments to meet IT needs.
• Maintain detailed IT documentation.
• Handle IT vendor management and procurement.
• Mentor junior staff and conduct IT training.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by superiors or management as needed.
