Qualifications

• More than 10 years track record in developing global/regional IT capabilities.
• More than 3 years of leadership experience in managing IT delivery teams.
• Experience in banking industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan technical and functional deliverables to meet project requirements.
• Manage risks/issues related to technical delivery.
• Provide status updates to project management.
• Oversee the deployment tasks and arrange peer reviews.
• Own the delivery plan and escalate issues timely.

Skills

Strong Murex skills (Datamart/MXML/Risk)

Good business domain knowledge in Global Markets and Group Risk

Experience in service-oriented technologies

Good problem solving skills

Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Analytical and synthesis skills
