Job summary

Enovix Corporation seeks a highly experienced Staff IT, Cybersecurity & OT to strengthen security across enterprise IT systems and manufacturing environments. You will assess cyber risk, design controls, monitor threats, investigate incidents, and scale security practices globally.

You will collaborate with IT, engineering, manufacturing, facilities, products, legal, and business teams to embed security into system design and operations, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or security operations.
• Hands-on experience securing enterprise IT and OT environments.
• Strong threat modeling and defense-in-depth understanding.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and log management.
• Incident investigation including containment and root-cause analysis.
• Strong network security knowledge and IAM familiarity.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX.

Responsibilities

• Perform security architecture reviews and define risk-based technical controls across IT, cloud, app, network, and OT.
• Assess security posture across corporate IT and manufacturing OT; coordinate remediation with owners.
• Monitor security events, improve detection logic, and manage escalations.
• Lead vulnerability management, risk analyses, and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate incident response, containment, eradication, recovery, and evidence collection.
• Review third-party security of vendors and equipment; work with procurement and legal on requirements.
• Support governance, audits, and regulatory assessments; maintain security metrics and playbooks.
