Job summary

Helicap Group, a Singapore-based FinTech, seeks a high-performing Client Advisor to join our Sales & Partnerships team and manage relationships with institutional and high-net-worth investors across a global network of 1,000+ clients.

You will report to the Director of Sales & Partnerships and the CEO, lead client engagement, drive growth across new investor verticals, and ensure compliance with MAS/KYC/AML standards while delivering high-touch service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investor relations, or financial services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with C-suite interfacing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale investor relationships across HNWIs, family offices, and institutional clients.
• Maintain client data pipelines and CRM metrics to improve efficiency.
• Prepare decks, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and memorandums for clients and partners.
• Assist with platform enhancements and investor events to strengthen loyalty.
• Ensure MAS regulations, including KYC/AML, are followed in all client dealings.
