EPF Malaysia is seeking an analytically strong professional to support Analytics, Research & Investment Operations (ARI). The role focuses on consolidated reporting, performance analysis, data management, and coordination with internal/external stakeholders to improve decision-making and efficiency across the department.

The candidate will help optimise data systems, build dashboards (PowerBI/Tableau), and deliver forward-looking insights across public and private markets.

Qualifikationen

• Pass in Bahasa Melayu, including the oral test in SPM level or equivalent recognised by Government.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent recognised by Government.
• Minimum 4 years in investment operations or performance reporting for pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, or asset managers.
• Experience in cash flow monitoring, analysis, and reporting; strong dashboard development skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare consolidated investment performance reports and presentations for senior management, including metrics like ROC, NAV, and SAA alignment.
• Coordinate with asset class teams to validate data and improve reporting efficiency.
• Monitor monthly/annual cash flow positions for portfolios and liaise with custodians for projections and FX impacts.
• Assist with year-end closing activities and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools to improve portfolio visibility and decision-making.
• Conduct market analysis and produce concise insights for management discussions.
