Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Facilitate new investment opportunities: Manage portfolios and reporting activities.

  • Perform market research: Analyse benchmark performance data and conduct commercial due diligence to gain insights into the business landscape and competitive advantages of potential target companies.

  • Execute financial modelling and analysis: Develop financial projections, discounted cash flow (DCF) models, and apply various valuation methodologies.

  • Draft investment proposals and reports: Prepare documents for the investment committee and create presentation materials.

  • Maintain strong relationships: Assist and support portfolio companies, ecosystem partners, and stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Possess Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related fields

  • Prior Working experience in VC/PE, corporate finance, strategic consulting, professional financial firm will be added advantage

  • Strong analytical capabilities to process information and understand business models

  • Strong operational, organization and coordination skills with attention to details.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
