Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with CPA/CIA/ACCA certification preferred, at least 7 years of related experience, and readiness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Professional accounting or internal audit certification preferred (CPA, CIA, ACCA).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, internal audit, or internal controls.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English at all organizational levels.
• Understanding of internal audit, risk assessment and internal control concepts; able to plan, perform, and report evaluations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Experience in data extraction and analytics using SAP, ACL, Qlik, Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute financial and operational audits to ensure adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and identify process improvements.
• Prepare accurate, logical workpapers describing the work performed, test results, and conclusions.
• Develop findings and recommendations to enhance internal controls and work with management on scalable solutions.
• Follow up with management on action plans to ensure remediation.
• Leverage company insights to identify emerging risks and audit opportunities.
• Assess and test SOX controls and support the SOX PMO's annual testing program.
• Support or lead investigations as directed by the Global Asset Protection team.
