About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in hospitality designfor our client, a renown global design firm specializing in corporate office interiors and hospitality design. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives on designing immersive guest experiences for luxury hotels, resorts, and hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal design teams and colleagues in China to conceptualize and execute compelling design solutions for hospitality projects.
• Develop and present design concepts, plans, mood boards, and materials for client and internal reviews.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, plans, and technical specifications to support project development and execution.
• Oversee quality control of technical drawings and design documentation, ensuring alignment with project vision and standards.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to ensure accuracy, design integrity, and quality.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Stay informed on global design trends, hospitality standards, and innovative materials.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality projects.
• Proven track record in designing hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality spaces.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (essential for collaboration with China office and external Chinese-speaking partners).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Enscape.
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
