Senior Interior Designer (Corporate Office)

A unique opportunity is now open for the right candidate who possesses leadership qualities and excellent creative design capabilities to join the design team at Landmarc Design Studio (LDS).

Responsibilities and requirements include:

1. Providing strategies, excellent creativity, and leading teams from initial brief to handover
2. Responsible for all stages of design and providing creative direction to lead and inspire the team
3. Maintaining deadlines and high working standards
4. Managing project cost controls and budgeting
5. Strong in project documentation
6. Highly skilled in pitching and maintaining client relationships
7. Coordinating in producing construction, furniture drawings, and specifications, and conducting site inspections
8. Liaising with project team members and external parties such as contractors, suppliers, and consultants
9. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software
10. Experience in designing and delivering large-scale commercial offices and hospitality projects
11. Performing other related duties as required
12. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
13. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent
14. Required skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office
15. Ability to work long hours and handle tight deadlines
16. Strong interest, passion, and flair for interior design
