- REQUIREMENTS -

• Able to speak and understand Mandarin and English fluently.
• Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Preferably a Senior Executive capable of working independently with minimal supervision on conceptual design, 3D rendering, and 2D detailed drawings.
• Experience in both residential and commercial projects.
• Required skills include: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and other professional design software.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, spatial planning, and material selection.
• Strong team management skills with a passion for pushing creative boundaries and exploring new design technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and manage project deadlines.
• Ability to multitask with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Experience in site management and construction knowledge is a plus.
