Job summary

The ideal candidate will balance creativity and project management to deliver innovative designs, proficient in software such as Solid Works and AutoCAD, and must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This role involves significant site engagement and travel.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Art/ Architectural/ Design or Creative Multimedia.
• Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Good knowledge in design and software applications.

Responsibilities

The Job

• Responsible for leading the creative and technical design process for retail outlets, ensuring brand consistency, functionality, and customer-centric experiences.
• This role requires a balance of creativity, project management, and technical expertise to deliver innovative retail design concepts that align with the company’s business goals.

Responsibilities

• Participating in various design projects from concept to completion.
• Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions.
• Lead the design and development of retail spaces, including stores, kiosks, and promotional areas.
• Translate brand identity into impactful retail design concepts and customer experiences.
• Create 2D drawings, 3D visualisations, mood boards, and material specifications.
• Provide detailed technical drawings and design guidelines for construction.
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and samples.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are met

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Art/ Architectural/ Design or Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Conceptual in design, competent reading, understanding and interpreting technical drawings.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge in Solid Work, Auto Cad, 3D software (Sketch up, 3D Max, etc.), average in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Have own transport and willing to travel.
• Applicants should have the ability to work in Malaysia.
