Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, lifestyle preferences, and design vision.

Develop functional and stylish layout plans, comprehensive design proposals, and detailed quotations tailored to client requirements.

Collaborate closely with 3D visualizers and internal project teams to ensure alignment and consistency throughout the design and execution process.

Oversee project timelines, manage budgets effectively, and ensure smooth coordination from conceptualization to on-site implementation.

What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proficient in layout planning and space optimization.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bilingual inMandarin & Englishto communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidates who arefluent in mandarin is preferredas the role requires dealing with mandarin speaking clients.

At least3 Year(s)of relevant working experience in interior design industry.

Possess own transport.
