Job Responsibility

• Establish conceptual design direction to meet clients' vision and requirements
• Brainstorm with the team for concept design and translate IT into technical detail drawings
• Space planning, design, presentation skills, material specification, and technical detail
• Produce a full set of technical drawings and design material specification
• Assist in managing project plans and scheduling, lead project team to achieve project goals
• Manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
• Arrange and participate in meetings with relevant parties to resolve all design matters
• Exemplify creative problem-solving abilities
  
  

Job Requirements

• Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Education qualification: Degree
• Min. 3 years of experience in Interior Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max or Sketchup, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Good skill in drafting construction drawings, technical design detailing
• Proficiency in space planning, design, material specification, and technical details
• Skills at writing and communicating with clients professionally
• Highly creative individual with an ability to think out of the box and a strong design sense.
• A positive attitude, and responsible, can work well within teams, and multitask
