Job description

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can work independently on conceptual design, 3D rendering, and 2D detailed drawings.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with the Sales team and understand clients’ needs, lifestyle preferences, and design vision.

Complete the drawing based on clients’ preference on schedule.

Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, and material selection.

Strong team management skills, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries and exploring new design technologies.

Coordinate with the site supervisor for on-site briefings before project commencement, ensuring a cohesive workflow

Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and manage project deadlines.

Ability to multitask with excellent time management and attention to detail.

Lead and mentor junior interior designers.

What do we need from you?

Able to speak and understand Mandarin and English fluently. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of Design & Build experience

Required skills: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, and other professional design software.

Experience working on bungalow projects is essential

Possess own transport.
