Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the concept and design development of residential and commercial projects.
• Responsible for design, drafting, and conceptual design, including developing presentation materials, perspective drawings, and construction drawings as per client requirements.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, sketches, and renderings to communicate design concepts.
• Complete drawings based on clients’ preferences and schedule.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Attend site visits, take measurements, coordinate on-site activities, and meet with team members.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in interior design or architecture.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Vray, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Strong flair for design concepts and details.
• Good leadership and teamwork skills, with strong commitment and self-motivation.
• Understanding of company vision and design aesthetics to ensure consistent project quality.
• Ability to produce and communicate working drawings effectively.
• Willingness to conduct site checks to ensure project adherence to drawings.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years.
