We are currently seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to join Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office.

As a Sr Inside Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. Your expertise in inside sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and meet sales targets will position Honeywell as a trusted partner and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets

  • Provide Commercial Excellence and Inside Sales to the SEA region. Perform a ‘front line’ sales support function, enabling HPS SEA Sales (account managers, business development mangers and sales management) to have actionable data in a timely manner to help maximize the effectiveness and productivity of HPS SEA Sales.

  • Lead and maintain best practice procedures for CRM data quality and accuracy.

  • Directly manage the sales pipeline for spot, parts, project change orders and other smaller transactional sales as directed.

Inside Sales

Administrative Internal Focus on:

  • LSS Spots & Parts

  • PAS Change Orders

  • Ownership of accurate forecasting

Close collaboration with:

  • PAS PM’s

  • LSS Team

  • Others functions as required.

Administration

  • Provide general administrative support to HPS SEA Sales;

  • Assist with the planning and organization of regional sales campaigns, conferences, as well as travel & expenses compliance

Support safety moments and safe behaviors

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least 10 years in a customer service/sale orientated role, preferably within a related industry with CRM Salesforce.com experience

  • Outstanding customer service approach

  • Sales orientated with a focus on solution selling

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Team player
