Job summary

Landhon Builders invites applications for a site supervisor to manage daily operations on civil construction projects in Sepang, Malaysia. The role requires leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with drawings and specs.

A Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience are essential. You will prepare site reports, monitor progress, and liaise with authorities and clients to keep projects

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
• Possess CIDB Green Card; added advantage if registered with DOSH.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and site supervisors.
• Ensure construction activities are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report site updates to the Project Manager.
• Solve site issues and liaise with authorities, consultants, and clients as necessary.
• Ensure all materials and manpower are available as per the construction schedule.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and quality control documentation.
