Manage SIT, UAT and Production deployments for Customer Management and Credit Origination apps across countries.
Set up infrastructure and validate testing/production environments.
Provide maintenance support including upgrades and patch management across countries.
Troubleshoot issues during SIT/UAT testing.
Develop and manage automated monitoring scripts and tools.
Support SIT/UAT deployments with DevOps pipelines and Aldon tools.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and infra teams to ensure smooth deployments.
Document deployment processes and environment configurations.
Ensure deployment schedules and minimize downtime.
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Provide on-call support during critical deployment windows.
Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements.
