Job summary

AIXTRON SE is looking for a (Senior) Industrial Engineer in Batu Kawan, Malaysia to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of production processes in a new manufacturing hub.

The role requires substantial experience in industrial engineering, particularly within high-tech manufacturing environments. Candidates should have strong expertise in Lean methodologies and process design, as well as proven experience in the startup and ramp-up of factories.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in industrial engineering in high-tech manufacturing.
• Proven experience in ramping up greenfield factories.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001).

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives for assembly processes.
• Design and optimize robust serial production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
