Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment is seeking a Junior/Senior Analyst for IFRS17 CSM development to support centralized models. You will work with actuarial teams to ensure model accuracy, governance compliance, and timely delivery of initiatives.

The role requires experience in IFRS17 modelling, Prophet modelling, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills, with collaboration across business units. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative discipline.
3-5 years actuarial experience in insurance preferred.
Progress in internationally recognised actuarial exams.
Strong understanding of actuarial valuation and IFRS17 concepts.
Hands-on Prophet modelling and coding experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance centralized IFRS17 CSM models with governance controls.
Perform development, maintenance, testing, and quality checks for timely delivery.
Provide troubleshooting support to IFRS17 operations and actuarial teams.
Collaborate with Group Actuarial and stakeholders to meet timelines.
Document model changes and key stakeholder requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve IFRS17 CSM models and processes.
Support actuarial projects and guide junior team members.
