Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled software engineer to join a growing regional team focused on secure, high-performance virtualization software. You will contribute to hypervisor and OS components and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The role requires strong C/C++ proficiency, Linux fundamentals, and hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, QEMU, Xen, ACRN, Hyper-V) on ARM or x86 platforms, plus Git workflows and robust debugging

Qualifications

• Proficient in C/C++ programming with strong debugging skills.
• Solid understanding of Linux OS fundamentals and system programming.
• Experience with hypervisor/virtualization tech (KVM, QEMU, Xen, ACRN, Hyper-V) on ARM or x86.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain hypervisor and OS software components.
• Work on low-level system software, virtualization, and device drivers.
• Debug and optimize system performance, stability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes.
