Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to support the daily operations of the HR department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role covers a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and support roles.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee development.
  • Manage employee relations issues and support disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in HR reporting and data analysis.
  • Manage all HR correspondence.
  • Prepare monthly payroll.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support HR initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least have 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labor law and HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
