1. Employee Lifecycle Management (Onboarding, Offboarding, Transfers):
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless and positive experience.
- Facilitate employee offboarding, ensuring all processes are compliant and handled with discretion.
- Coordinate internal employee transfers within the region, ensuring all systems and records are updated.
2. Employee Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality, in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
3. Recruitment Status Analysis:
- Analyze and generate reports based on requests submitted by business divisions and regional teams.
- Prepare weekly reports for the Person-in-Charge (PIC).
- Act as the communication liaison between the regional team and business division on hiring requests.
4. Employee Consultation:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide timely and accurate information and support to employees and managers.
5. Efficiency and Experience Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline HR operations.
- Work closely with the IT team to enhance systems.
