Job description

1. Employee Lifecycle Management (Onboarding, Offboarding, Transfers):

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless and positive experience.
  • Facilitate employee offboarding, ensuring all processes are compliant and handled with discretion.
  • Coordinate internal employee transfers within the region, ensuring all systems and records are updated.

2. Employee Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality, in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

3. Recruitment Status Analysis:

  • Analyze and generate reports based on requests submitted by business divisions and regional teams.
  • Prepare weekly reports for the Person-in-Charge (PIC).
  • Act as the communication liaison between the regional team and business division on hiring requests.

4. Employee Consultation:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Provide timely and accurate information and support to employees and managers.

5. Efficiency and Experience Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline HR operations.
  • Work closely with the IT team to enhance systems.
