A leading company in Malaysia seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, and various HR functions while supervising departmental assistants. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Management with at least 5 years of managerial experience.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Senior Human Resources Manager will lead our manpower planning and various human resource matters, including but not limited to the following:
To perform the full spectrum of HR day to day activities.
To assist in executing employee engagement and establish the engagement yearly calendar.
To coordinate interview arrangement and recruitment needs in the shortest time.
To conduct orientation briefing to ensure all new hires have a better understanding of organization process, regulation, policies, and procedures.
To ensure compliance of relevant HR related statutory requirement.
To manage HR administration documents such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, staff movement, contract renewal and personnel records keeping.
Administer staff monthly claims relating to insurance, talent focus benefits, medical claims, allowances, and other related claims based on stipulated entitlement.
Coordinate Performance Evaluation/ KPI’S to improve overall performance of organizations.
To monitor leave management and employee personal information.
To maintain and assist in implement HR policies and procedures.
To coordinate and monitor human resource related matters including handling staff grievances, industrial relations, and etc.
To supervise and manage assistants within the department
To perform any other ad hoc function as and when required
Requirements:
Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in HR in a managerial role.
Able to prioritize tasks and meet the deadlines.
Meticulous, detail oriented and possess confidential skills.
