A leading company seeks a proactive Senior HR Executive to manage HR operations and talent acquisition. We are looking for a proactive Senior HR Executive to oversee end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and performance management. This role plays a key part in shaping company culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting strategic HR initiatives. HR Operations & Administration
Manage full spectrum of HR operations, including payroll, employee records, leave, and claims
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and audit requirements
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
Talent Acquisition & Retention
Coordinate and support recruitment for key roles across departments
Develop talent pipelines and support hiring campaigns
Contribute to employee retention strategies and engagement programs
Performance Management & Development
Support annual appraisal process, KPI tracking, and performance reviews
Coordinate training and development activities
Maintain employee records and evaluation documentation
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute team-building activities and HR-driven internal events
Act as employee liaison to address workplace concerns professionally
Promote a healthy, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture
HR Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards for management review
Track HR metrics and provide insights for organizational improvements
Support internal audits and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced or multicultural environments
Familiarity with Malaysia Labor Law and HR compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
