Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive responsible for various HR functions within our organization. The key responsibilities include:

1. Managing staff attendance and leave records.
2. Participating in the recruitment process to attract top talent.
3. Handling company correspondence, notifications, and internal communications.
4. Overseeing employee performance reviews and KPI assessments.
5. Facilitating onboarding and training for new employees.
6. Managing payroll, salaries, commissions, and staff claims.
7. Ensuring compliance with Malaysia’s labor laws, including the Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS regulations.
8. Planning and coordinating employee benefits and gift programs.
9. Addressing employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
10. Organizing team-building activities and company events, including the annual dinner.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Mandarin is an advantage).
