Overview

The Senior Human Resources Executive shall provide full spectrum HR support to the HR Manager, including but not limited to recruitment, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance and reward management, and employee relations. The Senior HR Executive shall assist the Heads of Department and staff with performance reviews, personnel policies, and related matters.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management
• At least 5 years’ working experience in related field
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR best practices
• Positive working attitude, people-oriented, strong team player and interpersonal skills
• Independent, meticulous and pleasant disposition
