Senior Human Resource Executive (Chinese Speaking)

Our client operates a comprehensive production network with bases strategically located around the world. Employing more than a few thousand people globally, the company is currently expanding and is urgently hiring a HR Executive (Chinese Speaking) based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

Job Description:

  • Expertise or familiarity with ESD system and Quota Applications for Expatriates.
  • Well-versed with Foreign Worker Systems - FOMEMA.
  • Knowledge of Immigration procedures and related matters.
  • Handle tax matters with TPA, including furnishing CP21 & CP22A Forms to IRB for expatriates leaving Malaysia due to resignation or retirement.
  • Manage Expatriate Employment Pass / PVP applications, renewals, and cancellations using the Immigration ESD System.
  • Handle recruitment, employee performance evaluations, training, and career development.
  • Conduct new staff orientation and monitor on-job training.
  • Manage staff claims, benefits, and compensation.
  • Handle staff disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Collaborate with other HODs on problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and implement department SOPs & KPIs.
  • Manage EPF, Socso, HRDF contributions.
  • Familiar with Employment Act 1955.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Languages required: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin proficiency is essential for communication with Chinese clients and customers.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations Acts.
  • Experience with foreign worker recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
