About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Human Resource Executive to join our team at Union Care (M) Sdn Bhd in our Kulai Johor office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving our human resources strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding

Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and initiatives to support the company's business objectives

Providing guidance and support to managers on all HR-related matters

Administering employee benefits and compensation programmes

Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and address HR-related challenges

Promoting a positive and engaged company culture

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR generalist or consulting role, preferably within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry

Demonstrated expertise in all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Able to handle stress

Passionate about fostering a positive and engaged company culture

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
