Oversee and support daily HR operations, ensuring consistency in HR practices.

Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
Coordinate office security, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.
Ensure timely payments to vendors for cleaning services, plant rentals, and other office necessities.
Oversee the timely renewal of company licenses.

Possess Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of Human Resources & Administration experience, proficient in labour laws & regulations.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
Able to work independently, self-motivated and willing to learn.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills.
Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work independently.
