Jotun Paints Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. invites a qualified HSEQ professional to lead safety and health initiatives within our Nilai manufacturing operations. The role reports to the Manager - HSEQ & Operational Efficiency and focuses on safeguarding workers while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include maintaining the HSEQ management system, coordinating audits, and delivering effective training to raise awareness and performance across the site.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HSEQ experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
• HSO certification and DOSH Green Book registration are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of operational safety and HSEQ management systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Implement and maintain the Company's HSEQ Policies and procedures to comply with the legal and Jotun HSEQ Management System.
• Follow up and maintain necessary documentation.
• Assist the implementation of the HSEQ management system by working closely with the Element Owners.
• Contribute and coordinate HSEQ projects within specific specialist areas to achieve demonstrable results.
• Maintain and improve the HSEQ, ISO, and OSHAS system documents, ensuring audits and actions are carried out as required to maintain the company's accreditation to the standards.
• Deliver HSEQ training to develop employee awareness.
