Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategies to support business growth.
- Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching to managers on people-related matters.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion and accountability.
- Oversee HR compliance and ensure alignment with local labor laws and global HR policies.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and support resolution in a fair and timely manner.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Use data-driven insights and HR analytics to influence decisions and improve workforce effectiveness.
- Lead or support key HR projects at local or regional level as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering or HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving change.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS tools and HR analytics is an added advantage.
