Job Responsibilities:

HR Function

  • Recruitment: managing the hiring process from posting to selection.
  • Employee onboarding: preparing offer letters and onboarding new hires.
  • Discipline: handling grievances and industrial relations.
  • Rules & Laws: advising management on employment law compliance.
  • Records: maintaining employee information and HR documents securely and confidentially.
  • Coordination with payroll department for employee payroll and employment status changes.

Admin Function

  • Uniforms: managing ordering, distribution, and tracking of company uniforms.
  • Procurement: purchasing office supplies and managing inventory.
  • Management of cleaners and security services.
  • Communication: drafting and distributing official company messages and memos.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR experience.
  • People-oriented with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience with HR metrics and data systems.
