We are hiring a Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
HR Function
- Recruitment: managing the hiring process from posting to selection.
- Employee onboarding: preparing offer letters and onboarding new hires.
- Discipline: handling grievances and industrial relations.
- Rules & Laws: advising management on employment law compliance.
- Records: maintaining employee information and HR documents securely and confidentially.
- Coordination with payroll department for employee payroll and employment status changes.
Admin Function
- Uniforms: managing ordering, distribution, and tracking of company uniforms.
- Procurement: purchasing office supplies and managing inventory.
- Management of cleaners and security services.
- Communication: drafting and distributing official company messages and memos.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR experience.
- People-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Experience with HR metrics and data systems.
- Strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to be based in Tebrau.
