Senior HR - Recruitment Executive

Salary Range: RM8,500 - RM17,000

Location: Rawang, Selangor

Responsibilities:
  1. Determine the human resource needs of each department based on the company's business development plan and formulate effective talent acquisition strategies.
  2. Design and continuously optimize the recruitment management system, including talent selection methods and talent pool optimization.
  3. Responsible for recruiting and delivering key positions.
  4. Expand, integrate, and manage recruitment resources to establish an effective talent supply channel.
  5. Conduct talent mapping, understand talent demand, and stay updated on industry talent dynamics.
  6. Manage other recruitment projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management or related fields.
  2. More than 3 years of experience in staff or worker recruitment.
  3. Experience in headhunting and the large manufacturing industry is preferred.
  4. Excellent communication, understanding, observation, organization, and coordination skills.
  5. Strong team spirit, with the ability to stimulate team vitality and cohesion.
  6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
