The Senior HR Manager acts as the HR business partner, responsible for developing and driving people strategies across our manufacturing plant in Johor Bahru, supporting our expansion plans. You will be a key member of the Asia Pacific HR team.
You will collaborate closely with the business to foster an inclusive and diverse culture, creating relevant HR policies and programs aligned with business needs. Building strong relationships with talent acquisition, talent development, rewards, employee and labor relations teams, you will ensure effective HR service delivery.
You will engage with all business areas to incorporate human capital considerations into strategic initiatives. Your strong HR operational skills, knowledge of best practices, confidence, decisiveness, agility, and sound judgment are essential.
The position is based at our Johor Bahru manufacturing plant. You will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and functionally to the Senior Director, People & Places Asia Pacific.
