The Senior HR and Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in building a strong organizational culture and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This dual role combines human resources responsibilities—such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance—with operational duties, including supply chain coordination, facility management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions
  • Recruitment and Selection: Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring fair compensation practices.
  • Employee Relations: Handling employee issues, maintaining personnel files, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Training and Development: Coordinating training programs and managing employee development initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Assisting with performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
Operations Functions
  • Office Management: Overseeing general office administration, including facilities management and vendor relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to various departments, including document management and communication.
  • Daily Operations: Managing day-to-day administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Maintaining Records: Managing employee records, including personal data, attendance, and leave management.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or Technical Certification in Engineering, Production, or a related field. (Candidates with strong hands-on experience will also be considered regardless of formal qualifications.)
  • 3-4+ years of experience in factory or manufacturing operations.
  • Proven ability to manage production teams and deliver targets.
  • Working knowledge of factory equipment, production flow, and basic quality standards.
  • Familiar with lean manufacturing or process improvement concepts is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP or production systems).
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work in shifts and handle operational challenges under pressure.
  • Knowledge in Mandarin would be an added advantage
