Senior HR Executive - Business Partnering (Asia)
Your role in our team:
- Support strategic HR Business Partnering for assigned Asia locations by assisting in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for regional and local strategic roles from job requisition to onboarding processes for positive candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the workforce need; review and improve for effective sourcing strategies
- Collaborate in the implementation and review employees’ compensation and benefits schemes to support talent retention
- Monitor and participate for the renewal of medical and insurance plans and propose enhancements aligned with market trends
- Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievances, actions and conflict resolution and ensure fairness and compliance with procedures
- Prepare, interpret, and present comprehensive HR reports by using analytical thinking to identify issues, spot trends, and support better planning and decision-making
- Support in reviewing to optimize HR systems, policies, procedures and processes to drive continuous improvement while ensuring full compliance with government regulations and labor laws
- Assist in managing the full cycle of monthly payroll functions and ensure timely contributions to all statutory bodies with government regulations and applicable laws
- Supporting in liaising and coordinating with government bodies and external partners such as the Immigration Department, SOCSO, EPF, LHDN, MEF, FMM, MGCC and universities others to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and to support HR governance and operational matters
- Support HR-related projects, including employer branding campaigns, HR digitalization initiatives, new policy rollout that enhance overall employee experience and HR services
Your profile:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related study with excellent results
- At least 3 to 5 years of working human resource operational capacity with a strong advantage for candidates familiar with HR systems such as SuccessFactors
- Experience in business partnering experience, with the ability to support leadership and HR strategies
- Strong knowledge of HR Governance, labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to analyze business needs to initiate improvement ideas
- A team player that demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skill in English
- High sense of confidentiality, responsibility and commitment
