The Human Resources Supervisor reports to the Human Resources Manager, supporting him / her in managing all aspects of Human Resources affairs, in line with Hilton and hotel policies and procedures.

What will I be doing?

As the Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Processing people's movement, and payroll-related processes on the Orisoft system adhering to the local employment regulations, including administering the time management systems that involve new team member registration and attendance checking for month-end payroll closing.
• Ensure overtime claims are supported by proper approval and authorization.
• Ensure the team member's exit clearance is processed according to the hotel procedure.
• Assist with team members' medical and insurance administration tasks such as enrolment and deletion. This also includes liaising with the insurance provider for any support requirements.
• Assist with administering and generating annual leave reports to distribute to Heads of Department monthly.
• Administering payment requisition process.
• Maintain effective internal communication with team members and respond to team members' inquiries promptly.
• Assist with supervising and maintaining team members' facilities.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times, ensuring strict practice of office lock-up and security of information.
• Ensure all practices are aligned with the Hilton HR audit requirements.
• Maintain a systematic filing system.
• Participate in the HR initiatives or projects assigned. This includes supporting the HR team in planning, organizing, and implementing team member engagement programs.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or any relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of Human Resources practices
• Good understanding of the Local Employment Act
• Good command of English in writing and speaking to meet business needs.
• Good command of the local language to communicate with the local team members.
• Possess exceptional self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships and navigate complex situations with tact and sensitivity.
• Emotional intelligence is essential for understanding and responding to team members' needs, managing conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office applications and HRMS.
• Possess a good work ethic.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks, processes, and communications.
• Ability to maintain excellent relations with associates and maintain team member and guest confidentiality at all times.
