Job Description

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our team and take ownership of recruitment and payroll functions while supporting core HR operations. If you’re an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on building strong employee relations, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB,).

Manage employee records, leave, attendance, and HR documentation.

Support onboarding/offboarding and employee lifecycle activities.

Assist in employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Maintain up to date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment and payroll.

Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and statutory regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
