Job description

Job Title: Senior HR Executive/ Asst HR Manager

Location: Ulu Tiram
Industry: Manufacturing
Department: Operation

Job Scope:

Prepare and process monthly payroll for both in-house and outsourced employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.

Support annual HR activities such as performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and salary adjustments.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Handle all matters related to foreign workers, including:

  • Quota applications and approvals
  • Check-Out Memos (COM) and immigration documentation
  • Permit and passport renewals
  • FOMEMA medical check-ups and immigration compliance

Liaise with relevant government bodies (JTK, KDN, KSM, JIM) to ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.

Organize and manage employee training programs, maintain training records, and process HRDF claims.

Oversee office supply procurement and inventory control.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
