A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Senior HR Executive/Asst HR Manager to oversee HR operations, including payroll processing and recruitment. The successful candidate will manage compliance with labor laws and enhance employee training programs to ensure a skilled workforce. Ideal applicants should have at least 2 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of labor regulations.

Prepare and process monthly payroll for both in-house and outsourced employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
Support annual HR activities such as performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and salary adjustments.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Handle all matters related to foreign workers, including:
Liaise with relevant government bodies (JTK, KDN, KSM, JIM) to ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.
Organize and manage employee training programs, maintain training records, and process HRDF claims.
Oversee office supply procurement and inventory control.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
