DOO you have what it takes?
What you’ll be working on:
Develop and lead the company's Key Opinion Leader (KOL) program across official social media platforms, including Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Discord, and Instagram.
Plan and host online Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions and organize offline community events to enhance user engagement and brand recognition.
Research market trends, brand audiences, competitors, and consumer journeys to drive engagement and conversions.
Manage and create comprehensive social media content, conducting market research to leverage best practices for an impactful digital presence.
Design, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media channels to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Coordinate the design and production of digital marketing assets, including graphics, video, and written content, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration on projects.
Manage and execute KOL strategies in China and Southeast Asia, collaborating with influencers to maximize brand impact.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in community operations, with a strong understanding of social media platform dynamics and user engagement.
Proven experience in hosting or organizing AMA sessions and offline community events to boost user participation.
Demonstrated experience in managing KOLs in China and Southeast Asia, with the ability to establish and maintain influencer partnerships.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, with the ability to develop and execute innovative community strategies.
Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and partners.
Proficiency in using data analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and provide optimization recommendations.
Strong project management skills, capable of organizing and advancing work efficiently in a multitasking environment.
