Job summary

Malaysia Airports Berhad is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Group Safety, focusing on culture and capability. You will shape the safety culture strategy, drive leadership engagement, and align safety with business planning and operations across the Group.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in safety management in a large, complex organisation.
Experience leading safety culture, capability, or workforce transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder engagement, influential communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive the Group Culture Strategy to embed a proactive safety culture across the Group.
Design structured learning pathways, certification programmes and competency development initiatives with Human Capital.
Lead Safety Leadership programmes and integrate safety practices into business planning and operations.
Coordinate group-wide safety communication, awareness programmes and safety campaigns.
Oversee occupational health governance, industrial hygiene and employee wellbeing programmes.
Drive transformation initiatives to embed safety culture in strategic projects and organisational change.
