Job summary

Malaysia HR Forum is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor who is highly creative, proactive, and hands-on, capable of taking ownership from concept to final delivery. The role requires solid agency experience and a strong eye for design in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

You will work with marketing, copywriting, sales, and other teams to develop visual content across digital, social media, advertising campaigns, and other marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
• Agency experience mandatory in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or related field.
• Strong portfolio showing campaigns, branding, digital marketing, social media, and integrated projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own design projects from concept to delivery, including directions and revisions.
• Create high-quality assets for marketing campaigns across digital, social, and web channels.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts during brainstorming and planning.
• Translate briefs into compelling, on-brand visuals that meet marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and sales teams to execute campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Produce motion graphics and video content as required and maintain brand consistency.
