Job summary

SEMBONIA crafts leather-wear with a global presence; the brand emphasizes quality, authenticity, and distinctive style. We seek a creative designer to build branding concepts, marketing visuals, and digital assets for campaigns, POS, and packaging.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and e‑commerce teams to deliver consistent, production-ready artwork. Requirements include a Diploma/Bachelor in Graphic Design and 5+ years in the industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Min 5 years working experience in graphic related industry is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point, equivalent design or other software editing tools.
• Ensuring all design developments are executed accurately and timely.
• Excellent with concepts and illustrations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Include your portfolio (a link to a website or a combined PDF).

Responsibilities

• Create visual design concepts and branding solutions for marketing objectives.
• Design graphics for digital and print platforms (social media, websites, ads, brochures, packaging, banners, POS).
• Develop visual content for campaigns, launches, promotions, and corporate events while keeping brand consistency.
• Produce web assets (promotional banners, product images, sliders, icons).
• Support photoshoots with mood boards, styling concepts, and samples.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, content, social media, and e‑commerce teams.
• Prepare production-ready artwork meeting quality and branding standards.
• Liaise with vendors on printing, packaging, delivery schedules.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and attention to detail.
• Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and best practices.
• Maintain organized digital asset management and documentation.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming and support other design projects.
