Qualifications

• 1–2 years of working experience is required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer (6-Month Contract) to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and internal communications. From product launches and promotional campaigns to festive creatives and company announcements, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through compelling design.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and content creators to produce platform-optimized visuals while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and creative visuals, including posters, flyers, announcements, and other graphics for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualize and design visuals specific to festive seasons, holidays, or special events aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Create eye-catching graphics for company updates, product launches, promotions, or any relevant announcements, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Design graphics optimized for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) considering the platform-specific requirements and best practices.
• Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and copywriters to align visual elements with marketing strategies and campaign messaging.
• Uphold and reinforce the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency in design elements, color schemes, typography, and overall brand aesthetics.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas into visual content creation for digital platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adhere to strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Education field in Marketing, Mass Communications, Graphic Design, or Digital Media will be at an advantage.
• Minimum of 1-2 year of working experience is required.
• Proven portfolio in Graphic Design will be at an advantage.
• Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and etc.
• Able to communicate in English to ensure a smooth communication with the team.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
