Job description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile in-house Creative Designer to lead the end-to-end creation of digital video content and print design projects with a focus on regional responsibilities. This role involves producing creative content tailored for multiple markets across the region, with a strong understanding of digital media production, including video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling, as well as expertise in print design and web content management. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creativity, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Design
2. Responsible for the video production process, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and develop engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
4. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
5. Contribute to developing new creative strategies to elevate the brand's presence.

Print Design

1. Design and develop print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral.
2. Liaise with print vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.

Web Content Management

1. Manage and maintain website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, OpenCart, or similar).
2. Ensure web content aligns with branding and design guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Design Communication (Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design field with proven expertise in video production, print design, and CMS-based web content management.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Experience creating content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

• It is highly encouraged to provide samples of past work along with your resume.
• Office is located in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
• 5-day work week.
