The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that communicate our brand message and a knack for understanding what consumers truly desire. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality design solutions across various platforms.
Bringing products to life through stunning design and expert use of 3D applications, creating modern digital designs for our online platforms, coupled with a strong passion for traditional graphic design. Incumbents should have a sharp eye for aesthetics, preferring sleek, clean designs, typography, layouts and a curiosity for harnessing AI tools to unlock new levels of creativity.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and design brands, packaging design and marketing collaterals.
- Lead the visual and aesthetic application of products and packaging, ensuring they captivate and resonate with consumers.
- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development with innovative design solutions, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all brand touchpoints.
- Utilize advanced 3D design tools to craft compelling visuals that elevate our products, including digital imaging and digital guides.
- Integrate artistic vision with consumer insights to deliver designs that stand out in the market.
- Develop creative concepts and art to complement the marketing strategies that aligns with the brand objectives, delivering visually compelling brand materials such as graphic elements for video ads, hero banners, product catalogues and toolkits, social media graphics and web assets.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are produced on time and to the highest standard of quality, using AI tools to enhance design ideas, unlocking new levels of creativity.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate innovative techniques into design projects.
- Work closely with external vendors and agencies to coordinate production and printing processes and ensure that all materials meet brand standards.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of visually stunning, consumer-focused designs with a focus on product aesthetics and across print and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Lightroom,Premier Pro, Dimension), industry-standard 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent with additional skills in motion graphics is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (image generation, video animation) to develop concepts and refine designs.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, adept at balancing creative vision with project constraints like timelines and budgets.
- Ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
- Organized and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Animation experience is a plus (GIFs, After Effects, Edge Animate, UX Pin etc.)
