We are seeking a highly creative, quality-driven Senior Graphic Designer with 4–6 years of experience in the fintech or financial services industry. It is a pivotal role responsible for delivering compelling designs that elevate our brand and resonate with global audiences. This role requires a designer with strong visual storytelling abilities and a deep understanding of how design supports brand consistency, performance goals, and market engagement, mainly focusing on printed materials, social media visuals, campaign materials, and digital design.
In this role, you will work closely with marketing teammates across brand, social media, event, and performance, from Key Visuals (KVs) to full multi-platform adaptations, while aligning with our global brand identity and adjusting designs for local markets. A mindset of continuous improvement, openness to feedback, and the ability to benchmark design standards against top industry players is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. High-Quality Visual Creation & Branding
Create visually stunning and concept-driven artwork for digital and offline usage, aligned with brand positioning and marketing goals.
Produce core Key Visuals (KVs) and lead adaptations for web, social media, print, and OOH campaigns.
Use top-performing brokers and campaigns as benchmarks to push creative quality and consistency.
2. Cross-Functional Design Execution
Collaborate closely with brand, event, performance marketing, and social media teams to design materials that meet specific marketing objectives.
Deliver artwork for a wide variety of needs, including:
Branding and corporate identity visuals
Brand printed materials (brochure, leaflet, merchandise)
Social media and influencer content
3. Brand Consistency
Ensure all marketing designs align with brand guidelines, delivering a cohesive and recognizable identity across global and regional touchpoints.
Develop core Key Visuals (KVs) and design templates to guide local designers in maintaining visual consistency.
Review local team artworks to uphold quality and adherence to global brand standards.
4. Quality Control & Feedback Integration
Maintain strict quality standards and design discipline—ensuring every piece is on-brand, on-brief, and of publishable standard.
Actively seek and incorporate team feedback to improve output while maintaining creative ownership.
Manage multiple design requests, organize files logically, and ensure assets are ready for deployment on time.
Required Qualifications:
4–6 years of experience in graphic design, with strong exposure to fintech, brokerage, or financial services industries.
Proven portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, ad visuals, social media content, and event materials.
Excellent visual aesthetics and creative ideation, with the ability to benchmark against top fintech brands.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is essential for interpreting design briefs or regional references
