What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You’ll take the lead on designing direct mailers, digital ads (for both demand generation and brand awareness), sales enablement materials, SEO graphics, and more. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop designs that capture our company’s story and resonate with our audience. We’re searching for a natural “dot-connector” with raw mental horsepower – someone who picks up new ideas at lightning speed, spots what really matters, and pieces it all together to create something fresh and valuable. We value first-principles thinkers who don’t just rely on what’s been done before, but dig deeper for better, more original solutions. What You’ll Accomplish In Year 1
  • Design engaging direct mail pieces, from concept to final production, that balance brand identity, visual impact, and clarity. This includes understanding print layouts, color accuracy, and postal specifications, as well as collaborating with vendors to ensure high-quality results that capture attention and drive responses.

  • Develop and execute creative concepts (in digital, print, and OOH) for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual designs.

  • Create illustrations that enhance our storytelling and (as needed) evolve them into dynamic animations that add visual interest and engagement to our web pages.

  • Create and implement high-quality, responsive web designs using Webflow.

  • Monitor web analytics and participate (and contribute creative ideas) in brainstorming sessions for website improvements and new projects.

  • Ensure designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and visual standards.

  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into our design process.

About You
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

  • You have 7+ years of experience in graphic design or creative management

  • You have extensive experience in digital and print design, including web design (specifically in Webflow is ideal), social media, and advertising.

  • You have a strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

  • You are expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.

  • You apply first-principles thinking to solve problems and comfortably develop new approaches where no precedent exists.

  • You’re aligned with Tarro’s vision, willing to embrace ambitious goals, and committed to the hard work required to succeed in a startup environment.

  • You are fluent in both English and Mandarin.
